By creating an account or using PathRecover, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use PathRecover. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Not medical advice

PathRecover hosts user-generated stories about surgeries, medications, and recoveries. Content is not medical advice and is not reviewed by clinicians. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

4. Your content

You own the stories, comments, and images you post. By posting, you grant PathRecover a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You're responsible for what you share.

5. Community rules

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
• No spam, scams, MLM, or commercial promotion of unverified treatments.
• No sharing of other people's private medical information without consent.
• No illegal content, including discussions promoting illegal drug use.
• No impersonation of clinicians or medical professionals.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathRecover is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
